Elaborates,?organizes?and?conducts?soft?skills?trainings?for?all?Yangtse?Spinning?employees
Organizes?follow?up?sessions?after?each?training,?measuring?the?efficacy?of?the?programs
Organizes?the?hard?skills?trainings?conducted?in?the?company
Is?responsible?for?the?pre-job?training?for?all?employees?(part?of?the?induction?program):?presenting?to?new?employees?information?about?the?company,?the?company?structure?and?history,?culture?and?values,?rules?and?regulations,?etc.
Qualification?required:
University?degree
At?least?3?years?work?experience?as?a?trainer
Native?Chinese?speaker
Advanced?level?of?English?language
Very?good?presentation?and?communication?skills
