The?role:
The?Course?Consultant?position?is?an?essential?and?key?position?in?Shane?English?School.?You?need?to?support?on?marketing?activities?and?introduce?suitable?Shane?courses?and?study?plan?according?to?customer’s?needs?to?develop?positive?relationships?with?customers?and?achieve?monthly?sales?targets.
You?will:
- Introduce?suitable?Shane?English?courses?to?potential?customers?and?design?study?plan?according?to?customer's?needs
- Follow?up?on?potential?customers?and?close?the?sales?contract?to?ensure?achievement?of?monthly?sales?target
- Support?Marketing?Manager?to?do?marketing?events?and?activities.
You?have/are:
- Colleague?or?bachelor?degree?above,?good?Chinese?and?English?language?skills
- Minimum?one?year?working?experience?in?sales?related?field
- Able?to?work?under?pressure?and?would?like?to?take?challenger
- ?Self-motivated;?result-driven;?flexible
- Good?communication?and?presentation?skills
- Willing?to?work?on?weekend?and?have?weekdays?off.
- Educational?industry?background?is?a?plus

課程顧問負責配合市場部經理做市場活動，根據學員的需求為學員設計課程及學習計劃，保持與顧客的良好溝通與聯系并且完成既定的銷售目標。
工作職責
-配合市場部經理做市場活動；
-跟進預約客戶，在客戶到訪前與客戶做電話確認；
-接待至學校進行現場咨詢的客戶，為客戶解答與公司及課程相關的所有疑問；
-負責課程產品的報價及合同簽署
-完成校長安排的其他事項，包括按時參加學校會議及公司安排的培訓等
核心要求
-大專及以上學歷
-1年以上工作經驗
-具備一定的英語基礎，英語流利者優(yōu)先
-樂于溝通，善于交流，性格開朗
-做5休2，周末上班，周中休息
-對待工作有責任心，具有快速學習能力
-具有團隊合作精神
-具有培訓及教育行業(yè)銷售經驗者優(yōu)先
