職位：項目經(jīng)理
項目經(jīng)理負責監(jiān)管項目的整體施工的方向，實施，工程的進度控制，與相關各方的合作協(xié)調。
1． 能夠處理好與項目相關的各方關系，確保項目按時完工并達到要求。
2． 深化，監(jiān)督和管理項目進度。
3． 監(jiān)督和管理項目風險。
4． 組織會議：包括確保會議按時召開，會議內容的記錄和發(fā)送。
5． 準備項目狀況報告和項目變更要求給設計團隊，業(yè)主和顧問公司。
6． 協(xié)商和解決出現(xiàn)在項目區(qū)域的問題及這些問題對其他活動，系統(tǒng)和項目的影響。
7． 組織和主持項目小組會議。
8． 隨時與項目相關各方溝通項目進展狀態(tài)。
學歷要求及工作經(jīng)驗
1． 項目管理或機電工程，室內設計相關專業(yè)大學本科以上畢業(yè)。
2． 8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，至少擁有從事室內設計項目管理4年以上工作經(jīng)驗。
技能要求：
1． 熟識室內設計和工程施工。
2． 了解MEP,并有項目成本和預算的實際工作經(jīng)驗。
3． 了解與室內設計有關的材料和施工方法。
4． 熟識施工圖。
5． 熟識建筑系統(tǒng)和當?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。
6． 會使用AutoCAD.
7． 熟練使用Microsoft?Office?and?Microsoft?Project.
8． 能夠用中英文溝通（說，寫）。
9． 良好的處理人際關系的技能。
