Qualifications

2.???????At?least?3?years?of?experience?in?software?development?with?two?or?more?of?the?following?tools:?C#,?C++,?.NET,?Java,?SQL,?XML.?Web?service?or?hardware?related?development?experience?is?plus.
3.???????Familiar?with?common?test?tools?development,?VSTS/QTP/QC/CodedUI?is?preferred.
4.???????Be?able?to?develop?technical?and?architectural?specification?for?automation?harnesses?or?tools
5.???????Understand?how?to?design?test?cases?to?minimize?the?need?for?manual?analysis?of?test?output
6.???????Participate?in?root?cause?analysis?for?defects?and?provides?process?improvement?suggestions?to?eliminate?future?occurrences?of?similar?defects.
7.???????Must?have?good?written?and?verbal?English?communication?skills,?be?detail?oriented,?self-motivated,?and?work?well?in?a?team?environment.
