-?Establish?client?relationship?at?appropriate?level?and?manage?the?expectations?regarding?scope,?cost?and?schedule,?capture?scope?changes?and?effectively?communicate?the?expectations?to?client?and?related?parties?in?a?timely?fashion
-?Provide?periodic?and?regular?project?status?report?to?client?and?project?team
-?Lead?and?coordinate?with?relevant?parties?regarding?planning,?design,?engineering,?procurement?and?contracting,?permitting?and?construction?services
-?Coordinate?project?management?processes?and?make?timely?recommendation?on?plan?and?schedule
-?Assist?in?selecting?and?managing?the?client’s?construction?and?services?subcontractors,?design?and?technical?consultants?and?other?resources
-?Coordinate?and?adhere?to?contract?terms?to?facilitate?timely?and?cost?effective?completion
-?Assist?client?in?contract?negotiation?and?administration
-?Identify?potential?issues?and?respond?quickly?to?solve?the?problem?to?keep?the?project?on?track
-?Manage?staff?and?subcontractors
-?Ensure?effective?cross-cultural?communication?to?achieve?success?in?international?projects
-?Assist?in?client?CPM?preparation?
Requirements:
-?Bachelor?Degree?or?above?in?HVAC,?Civil?or?related?area?is?required
-?18+?years?of?related?working?experience?as?Project?Manager
-?Expertise?in?all?aspects?of?project?and?construction?management,?especially?in?the?pharmaceutical?and?chemical?industry
-?Relevant?experience?in?China,?preferably?with?overseas?work?history
-?Candidates?must?have?worked?on?foreign?invested?projects
-?Fluent?English/Mandarin?Language?skills?are?must
-?Good?organizational,?leadership,?communications,?influencing,?and?negotiation?skills
-?Familiar?with?local?and?international?code,?standard?regulation?and?its?implementation
