4.?2年或以上外資律師事務(wù)所或國內(nèi)律師事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有國外企業(yè)在華投資案件的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)法律流程。
