？ Implement?kanban?and?consignment?inventory?programs.
？ Efficient?PO?delivery?control?to?meet?supplier?OTD?requirement,?risks?analysis?and?problem?shoot,?timely?feedback?to?CS?and?schedulers?for?any?deviation.
？ Negotiate?price?and?terms?and?conditions?with?suppliers?to?ensure?proper?cost?management.?Will?be?responsible?for?tracking?market?conditions?of?commodities?purchased?communicating?inflationary?impacts?to?management.
？ Knowledge?of?the?written?procedures,?documents?and?forms?used?to?measure,?analyze?report?and?score?supplier?performance?to?stated?requirements.
？ ECN?review/sign?off?ensuring?proper?inventory?levels?are?maintained?not?impacting?EOZ?or?production.?New?parts?RFQ?for?ECN.
？ Use?IDEX?Online?RFQ?system?for?all?quote?submissions?and?analysis
？ Control?inventory?levels?by?monitoring?turns?by?line?item,?supplier?and?commodity.?Determining?targets?and?action?plans?to?achieve?proper?inventory?levels?to?support?100%?OTD?to?customers.
？ Work?with?production?schedulers?to?ensure?min?75%?productivity?achieved.
？ Work?closely?with?QA,?warehouse?and?logistics?function?for?incoming?goods?control?process,?make?claims?for?any?non-conformity?of?quantity?or?quality.
？ Handle?RTV/MRB?and?payment?issue.
？ Work?with?ASO/Sourcing?Engineer?in?similar?category?for?supplier?reduction?and?cost?down.
