1. Coordinate?annual?budgeting?process,?and?monthly?BPM?review?process?internally?and?externally.
協(xié)調(diào)年度預(yù)算編制流程,以及內(nèi)外部月度經(jīng)營績效管理回顧流程。
2. Prepare?Business?performance?report?and?analysis?to?support?the?assessment?on?business?and?strategic?decisions.
編制經(jīng)營績效報(bào)告及分析數(shù)據(jù),以支持對(duì)商業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略決策的評(píng)估。
3. Management?the?BPM?cycle?to?meet?the?information?requirement?for?BOD,?senior?management.
管理經(jīng)營績效管理循環(huán),以滿足董事會(huì)及公司高層的信息需求。
4. Manage?the?quarterly?and?annual?financial?consolidation?reporting?process?and?support?external?auditors?and?stock?exchange?coordination.
管理季度及年度的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表合并報(bào)告流程,支持外部審計(jì)及證券交易所相關(guān)工作配合。
5. Continuously?improve?finance?planning?and?reporting?process?and?quality.
持續(xù)提升財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃和報(bào)告的流程及質(zhì)量。
