Main?responsibilities:
1.?Functions?as?a?quality?assurance?leader?while?developing?and?maintaining?strong?relationships?with?centre?leadership.?Recommends?to?the?General?Manager?of?the?Processing?Centre?on?the?change?initiatives?such?as?process?re-engineering,?workflow?streamlining,?work?methods?and?designs?re-inventing,?etc.?that?aim?to?seek?quality?enhancement.
2.?Communicates?to?all?parties?concerned?the?key?performance?metrics,?recommends?solutions?and?influences?action?plans?designed?to?drive?quality?enhancement.
3.?Critically?monitors?team?productivity?and?performance?against?both?industry?and?company?specific?standards?and?requirements.?In?a?responsive?and?timely?manner,?reports?to?the?General?Manager?about?any?significant?discrepancies?and?provides?guidance?or?instructions?to?the?team?leaders?on?ways?to?achieve?quality?enhancement.
4.?Works?to?minimize?variation?through?structured?calibration?and?quality?coaching?skill?development?sessions.
5.?Identifies?best?practices?and?works?closely?with?all?parties?concerned?to?influence?quality?and?productivity?improvements.
6.?Conducts?training?or,?where?appropriate,?partners?with?the?designated?training?team(s)?to?facilitate?both?new?hire?and?regular?as?well?as?on-going?presentation?segments?while?acting?as?a?champion?for?the?performance?enhancement?process.
7.?Prepares?and?documents?training?manuals,?procedure?manuals,?and?compliance?manuals?to?ensure?quality?standards?are?followed.
Requirements:
1.?Minimum?5?years’?relevant?experience,?preferably?in?US?banks?or?multinational?banks.
2.?Knowledge?or?experience?in?bills?or?banking?industry?a?definite?advantage.
3.?Good?ability?to?plan?and?implement?changes?smoothly,?foster?commitment?incrementally,?and?communicate?effectively?with?people?at?all?levels.
4.?High?proficiency?in?English?language,?both?spoken?and?written.
5.?Exposure?to?Six?Sigma?tools?and?their?applications?a?definite?plus.
6.?Willing?to?work?on?public?holidays?as?and?when?necessary.
