Position?Requirement??

職位描述：
1.本職位負(fù)責(zé)上海學(xué)習(xí)中心的成功運(yùn)營(yíng)。
2.指導(dǎo)課程顧問(wèn)的日常銷售活動(dòng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)周期及月度銷售目標(biāo)。
3.與服務(wù)經(jīng)理合作，維持運(yùn)營(yíng)中的美和服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)。
4.確保學(xué)校政策與規(guī)程的全面落實(shí)，并在銷售和服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)中建立以服務(wù)為重心的文化。
5.發(fā)現(xiàn)并提交企業(yè)銷售機(jī)會(huì)，與學(xué)員建立良好關(guān)系。
6.確保中心工作人員足額，通過(guò)培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)以及與人力資源團(tuán)隊(duì)的不斷合作提高員工素質(zhì)。

職位要求：?
1.?5年及以上直接銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有B2C銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）。
2.?2年銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少管理過(guò)10名下屬。
3.出色的銷售技能，并需提供成功案例及所獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)證明。
4.出色的溝通能力。
5.強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感與客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)（必要時(shí)可接受靈活的工作時(shí)間安排）。
