Key?Responsibilities??
To?provide?pre－move?consultations?with?relocating?expatriates?in?their?homes,?to?estimate?the?volume?of?household?effects?they?plan?to?ship?by?sea?or?air,?explain?the?move?process?and?customs?regulations,?and?discuss?any?special?requirements.?
To?calculate?costs?and?present?proposals?for?the?transportation?of?household?goods?and?personal?effects?around?the?world.??
To?provide?timely?followup?and?customer?service?to?ensure?that?customers?are?delighted?at?every?step?of?their?relocation.??
To?maintain?a?sales?pipeline?and?timely?followup?to?close?sales?and?maximize?revenue.??
Requirements??
Good?knowledge?of?MS?Word?and?Excel??
Excellent?organizational?skills?and?attention?to?detail??
The?willingness?and?ability?to?learn??
Excellent?English?communication?and?customer?service?skills.?Other?languages?a?definite?plus.??
Good?spoken?Chinese??
Full?training?will?be?provided?and?while?not?necessary,?prior?experience?in?relocation,?sales?or?customer?service?would?be?desirable.??
