Job?Description?
1、?收集，分析市場價格，競爭對手價格以及行業(yè)信息，擬定公司進口部價格策略?
Collect,?analysis?market?price?structure?and?competitor’s?price?list,?collect?corresponding?data,?make?out?the?company?import?department?quotation?
2、?部門預算的制定以及人員的配比，完成進口部的全年進口計劃并且嚴格執(zhí)行?
Make?the?department?budget，?the?ratio?of?manpower?against?workload,?perform?the?import?year?planning?and?get?it?realized.?
3、?負責進口部門的所有培訓計劃以及實施?
Responsible?of?import?department?training?and?implement?
4、?負責進口市場的服務，及時有效處理客戶投訴，分析，了解以及及時傳遞客戶意見?
In?charge?of?import?service,?timely?handle?the?complain?from?the?customer?and?get?aware?of?customers’?feedback?and?forward?it?out?
5、?費用核算及應收款的催收?
Check?the?payment?and?make?the?statement,?get?the?client?paid?in?time?
6、?管理供應商，月度審核以及分析數(shù)據(jù)?
Manage?the?suppliers,?monthly?KPI’s?auditing?and?data?analysis?
7、?拓寬銷售渠道，提高進口銷售量?
Broaden?the?sales?channel?and?improve?the?turnover?of?import?sales?
8、?進口部門的成本管理，控制成本，人員安排的合理性管理，協(xié)助其他部門開展業(yè)務.?
Import?department?cost?control,?staff?reasonable?allocation,?assist?other?department?business?
9、?完成上級安排的其他工作?

崗位要求：?
Position?Requirements?
1、全日制大學本科或以上（一本優(yōu)先）?
Full-time?undergraduate?or?above?(the?first?class?of?universities?is?preferred)?
2、專業(yè)：國際貿(mào)易，國際航運，航空管理優(yōu)先?
The?major?of?international?trade,?international?shipping?and?air?management?related?is?preferred?
3、辦公自動化，表單制作能力良好?
Be?good?at?using?Office?software?and?exel?
4、英文書寫俱佳?
Writing?and?speaking?in?English?is?superb?
5、工作負責，具備團隊領導工作能力?
Sense?of?responsibility?and?team-leader?capability?
6、抗壓能力強，肯吃苦?
Strong?pressure?tolerance,?willing?to?endure?hardship?
7、有2年以上經(jīng)理級別進口管理經(jīng)驗以及5年以上貨代工作經(jīng)驗?
2years?above?experience?of?import?manager?and?5?years?above?forwarding?working?experience?
8、有客戶資源自帶客戶優(yōu)先?
