工作職責:
維護辦公室設備日常良好運作,?前臺接待工作,?定期采購辦公室日用品,?負責酒店預訂/機票訂購,接聽電話,收發(fā)信件/包裹,整理并管理合同圖紙及相關文件歸檔,?及其他辦公室行政工作.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.?Female,?under?25?years?old,?be?warm?&?polite,?college?graduate/University.
2.??Familiar?with?Windows?&?Microsoft?office.
3.??Language?with?Mandarin?&?Cantonese.?Good?in?English?reading?&?writing,
4.??Well-organized,?self?confidence?&?be?willing?to?take?responsibility.
5.??Good?communications?skills,?positive?working?attitude.
要求:
1、?25歲以下,?待人親切有禮.?大專/本科學歷;
2、?熟悉?Windows?及?Microsoft?office?應用軟件;
3、?良好的普通話,粵語,?及英語(寫、說、讀)能力;
4、?有條理性,自信及勇于承擔責任;
5、?良好的溝通技巧,積極的工作態(tài)度.
