要求：?
-?本科或本科以上學(xué)歷?
-?具有對(duì)OEM及EMS兩年以上電子元器件銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮?
-?具備流利的英文讀寫能力?
-?具備高超的談判技巧和積極向上的性格?
-?在明確的目標(biāo)任務(wù)下能適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的高效工作?

As?a?Sales?Manager/Representative?on?our?Sales?Team,?you?are?required?to:?
1.?Utilize?your?exceptional?communications?skills?to?work?with?a?list?of?existing?customer?accounts,?as?well?as?prospect?for?buyers?of?semiconductors,?passive?electronic?components?and/or?computer?peripherals.?
2.?Research?customer?needs?and?make?cold?calls?to?prospective?customers?to?advertise?Seatech's?products?and?services.?
3.?Effectively?communicate?with?our?purchasing?representatives?and?negotiate?pricing?with?customers.?
4.?Match?available?inventory?to?customer?needs.?
Position?Requirements:?
1.?Bachelor's?degree?with?1-3?years?related?experience?or?the?equivalent?in?training?and?experience.?Highly?preferred:?Graduates?from?top?25?Chinese?Universities?with?Major?in?Science,?Engineering,?English?or?International?Trade.?
2.?Self-motivated,?loyal,?discreet?and?sales-oriented?team?player.?
3.?Good?command?of?oral?and?written?English,?strong?negotiating?and?interpersonal?skills,?aggressive?sales?personality?capable?of?achieving?significant?quantitative?results.?
4.?Highly?preferred:?the?ability?to?interact?with?and?support?external?customers,?to?think?clearly?under?pressure?as?well?as?“outside?of?the?box”?and?to?develop?senior?level?business?relationships.?
