1?.實(shí)施總部的營(yíng)銷策略,與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo);?
2.?負(fù)責(zé)店鋪的各種行政管理工作?;?
3.?管理貨存/保持準(zhǔn)確貨存記錄;?
4.?維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系,確保店鋪提供優(yōu)質(zhì)顧客服務(wù);?
5.?確保店鋪環(huán)境干凈整潔,負(fù)責(zé)消防和其他運(yùn)營(yíng)管理;?
6.?能夠妥善處理客戶投訴和有效化解店鋪員工矛盾;?
7.?完成其它被分配的工作。
要求?:?
1.?大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,英語(yǔ)熟練者優(yōu)先;?
2?.3-5年以上零售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);?
3.?良好的溝通技巧及顧客服務(wù)意識(shí);?
4.?具備高度的責(zé)任心和一定的店鋪管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);?
5.?為人親切、個(gè)性熱情、好學(xué),愿意與公司一起成長(zhǎng);?
6.?能夠適應(yīng)倒班工作制.?

Responsibilities:?
1,Presided?over?the?management?of?the?general?store,with?headquarters?of?the?implementation?of?the?marketing;?
2,The?headquarters?of?the?issuance?of?all?tasks;?
3,Do?stores?the?various?departments?of?administration;?
4,Supervision?of?commodities,?goods,?on?the?stock,?for?acceptance,?goods?and?products?quality?and?service?quality?control?the?relevant?work;?
5,Supervision?and?management,?and?stores?the?goods?deteriorated?scale;?
6,Stores?of?equipment?in?the?maintenance?knowledge;?
7,The?stores?and?clean?hygiene?and?be?responsible?for?defence,?fire?and?operations?management;?
8,To?properly?handle?customer?complaints?and?service?in?the?work?of?various?contradictions;?
9,Is?responsible?for?staff?training?and?education.?
Qualifications:?
1,College?or?above,?major?is?not?limited;?
2,3-5?years?management?experience?in?the?retail?and?by?the?financial?management?experience;?
3,In?managing?the?team,?customer?management,?administrative?and?management?of?the?goods?on?display,?distribution,?the?logistics?services?of?the?process?of?formulation,?execution;?
4,Under?35?years?old.
