一、崗位職責?(Job?Responsibility):
1、?根據集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,制定公司市場營銷戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務發(fā)展規(guī)劃;
?2、?根據國內及非洲市場發(fā)展狀況,研究和制定有針對性的市場營銷策略(產品策略、渠道策略、價格銷策),完成公司的銷售目標;
?3、?做好品牌規(guī)劃和品牌建設;
?4、?全面構建、優(yōu)化和完善公司營銷管理體系,監(jiān)督、指導國內外營銷部工作;
?5、?管理和培養(yǎng)一支有戰(zhàn)斗力的營銷團隊,提升銷售團隊的銷售技能與綜合素質;
?6、?管理和引導經銷商團隊,建立并維護良好的客戶關系;
?7、結合市場反饋,對全程物流產品不斷優(yōu)化,保持市場競爭力。

?1、基本要求:30-35歲;本科及以上學歷,市場營銷及相關專業(yè)畢業(yè);身體健康;

3、工作經驗:熟悉中非海運,5年以上銷售經驗及3年以上銷售管理經歷;
?4、知識技能:熟悉全程物流的銷售模式,具備較強的業(yè)務規(guī)劃與運營能力、溝通及談判能力、數據分析能力和團隊管理能力;
5、?工作地點上海,愿意接受國內和國際出差。
