Essential?Duties:
--Accounting:?Responsible?for?day-to-day?accounting?
operations?and?monthly?financial?close,?comply?with?
US?GAAP?and?PRC?GAAP.?
--Tax:?Responsible?for?complying?with?transfer?pricing
and?tax?regulations,?maintain?Tax?register,?compute
annual?tax,?prepare?returns,?test?VAT?balancing?to?
GL,?submit?monthly?VAT?returns?,?check?reasonableness?
of?VAT?computation.
--Treasury:?Responsible?for?the?effective?treasury?
management?of?the?entity,?including?investment?(Bank?
deposit)?&?currency?management.
--Review?AP,?AR,?GL?reports.
--Commentary?and?Analysis?by?Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
--Compile?management?reports.
--Manage?budget?&?forecast?(P&L/BS/Cash?flow)?
evaluation?/?Tracking?Report.
--Intercompany?and?other?support.
--Internal?Control:?Ensure?good?internal?control?in?
place?and?compliance?with?corporate?guidelines?and?
local?regulations.
--SOX?404?self-assessment?and?testing.
--Liaise?with?internal?and?outside?customers,?including?
but?not?limit?to?local,?regional?and?corporate?teams,?
auditors,?bank,?tax?authority?and?customs?etc.
--Train?and?develop?current?accounting?team?into?a?
world?class?team.?
--Other?ad?hoc?projects?as?required?by?management.
--Manage?and?keep?accounting?files.
