崗位職責(zé)
1、Support?Equipment?supervisor?to?make?sure?all?the?equipment?in?the?factory?is?available?for?mass?production.
支持設(shè)備主管確保所有設(shè)備正常運作
2、Responsible?for?the?daily?maintenance?of?production?equipment,?maintenance?and?inspection,?ensure?the?normal?operation?of?equipment,?timely?solve?the?equipment?failure?and?keep?relevant?records
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的日常保養(yǎng)，維修及巡檢，保證設(shè)備正常運行，及時解決設(shè)備故障并做好相關(guān)記錄
3、Cooperate?with?related?departments?and?personnel?to?solve?related?to?the?maintenance?of?quality,?scrap,?efficiency,?etc
????配合相關(guān)部門及人員解決與維修相關(guān)的質(zhì)量，報廢，效率等問題
4、Factory?electric?appliance?maintain?and?safety?monitor
工廠相關(guān)電力設(shè)施的保養(yǎng)和安全檢查
5、Preventative?maintenance?planning,?implementation?and?records
根據(jù)設(shè)備保養(yǎng)計劃進(jìn)行設(shè)備保養(yǎng)，同時進(jìn)行相關(guān)記錄
6、Check?and?confirm?the?spare?parts?every?month，?to?request?when?minimum?inventory.
????每月對備品備件進(jìn)行檢查和確認(rèn)，確保不低于最低庫存。
7、Make?summary?every?month?and?plans?for?the?following?month（Monthly?Report）
?每月進(jìn)行工作總結(jié)和下月計劃
8、Assist?engineer?to?improve?and?analysis?on?equipment?problem?to?further?fix?it.
????輔助設(shè)備工程師改善和分析經(jīng)常發(fā)生的問題，做出改善
