Plan?the?Project
5.?Establish?plans?for?how?the?project?will?manage?scope,?time,?communications,?budget,?quality,?stakeholders,?human?resources,?risk,?and?procurements
6.?Develop?and?maintain?detailed?schedules,?budgets,?scope?statements,?etc.,?in?support?of?the?proper?management?of?the?project
