The?Researcher?will?support?the?Operations?team?through?the?completion?of?preparatory?work?for?candidate?review?and?employment?screening?tasks.?The?Researcher?performs?investigative?case?analysis,?interviews,?and?evaluation?of?business/project?processes.

Essential?Functions?Include:
1.Represent?Pinkerton’s?core?values?of?integrity,?vigilance,?and?excellence.
2.Perform?preparatory?work?for?candidate?review?which?meet?the?client?requirements?and?industry?standards;
a.Complete?employment?screening?tasks?and?liaison?with?clients?including?online?research,?telephone?inquiries,?and?global?database?searches.
3.Establish?and?maintain?positive?relationships?with?other?Pinkerton?Asia?agents.
4.Design?investigative?approaches?and?tactics?for?review?by?the?supervisor.
5.Partner?with?case-specific?researcher?teams?to?conduct?highly?complex?investigations.
6.Prepare?investigative?cases?by?analyzing?issues?and?studying?documents,?conducting?research,?and?determining?the?chain?of?activities?including;?conducting?interviews,?surveys,?analyses?and?data?backups.
7.Evaluate?business?processes?and?case?projects?in?terms?of?their?risk,?correctness,?economic?feasibility?and?quality,?as?well?as?by?conducting?interviews?and?preparing?interim?reports.
8.Prepare?investigative?reports?for?review?by?the?manager?and?recommend?further?steps?to?be?taken,?including?comprehensive?presentation?of?the?results?of?the?investigation.
9.All?other?duties,?as?assigned.
教育/經(jīng)驗(yàn):
具有至少兩年盡職調(diào)查,企業(yè)研究和/或就業(yè)篩選/驗(yàn)證經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)士學(xué)位。沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn)但足夠英語水平的新畢業(yè)生也將被考慮并參加3-6個月的培訓(xùn)計劃。
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s?degree?with?at?least?two?years?of?due?diligence,?corporate?research,?and/or?employment?screening/verification?experience.?Fresh?Graduates?with?no?experience?but?sufficient?English?levels?will?be?considered?also?and?enrolled?in?a?3-6-month?training?program.
