3?Specific?Accountabilities
Operational?aspect
1.?Follow?SOP?strictly?of?operation?process.
2.?Daily?communication?with?NCR?branches?and?quotation?for?shipments?to?Europe?via?BJS?gateway.
3.?Daily?communication?with?internal?booking?team?for?Europe?cost?on?ad-hoc?basis.
4.?Daily?receiving?booking?from?NCR?branches?and?data?input?in?internal?system?on?time?for?working?sheet?issuing.
5.?Daily?following?all?shpt?handled?and?deal?with?operational?problems?from?shipment?receiving?at?BJS?terminal?till?destination?arrival.
6.?Keep?close?communication?with?handling?agents,?clearance?broker?and?NCR?branches?to?keep?all?informed?of?latest?development.?Escalate?problems?to?higher?level?proactively?if?things?out?of?control.

Traffic?control
1.?Ensure?all?shpt?handled?with?all?over?breakeven?and?profitable?as?non-profit?center.
2.?Finish?all?data?input?within?2?days?into?PROCARS?and?ensure?billing?in?time?to?NCR?branches.
3.?File?all?documents?properly?for?checking?both?internally?and?externally.

4?Skills?Required
1.?At?least?2?years?experience?of?air?export?operation.
2.?Computer?literate.?Proficiency?in?MS?Office.
3.?Fluent?written?and?spoken?English?and?Mandarin.

5?Experience?and?Qualifications
Minimum?3?years?working?experience?in?the?freight?forwarding?industry,?customs?service?and?operation?team.
