崗位職責：
1. 進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介平臺的開發(fā)與維護、運作，并有創(chuàng)意地開展微博、微信上的活動
2. 維護和開發(fā)媒體資源，尤其是行業(yè)和學術(shù)相關(guān)媒體的資源，與專業(yè)媒體建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，統(tǒng)計媒介傳播的效果
3. 按照部門制定的市場宣傳計劃和策略，策劃及組織各類線上市場活動
4. 配合其他市場和銷售團隊整體戰(zhàn)略，支持其他日常流程的工作
5. 定期調(diào)研和分析宣傳推廣效果，及時反饋信息并提出應對策略，為部門決策提供依據(jù)
任職資格：
1. 本科以上學歷，英語、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. 較好的市場推廣經(jīng)驗、組織策劃能力，善于把握***的發(fā)布時機，并能按時完成計劃事項
3. 具備良好的溝通能力，熟練的英語口語和寫作能力，熟悉不同文化背景下的商務(wù)交流
4. 熟悉互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品，對微博、微信、博客、論壇等有運行的經(jīng)驗和興趣
5. 三年以上工作經(jīng)驗，具有海外學習和外企工作或?qū)W術(shù)出版業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
6. 熟練的計算機辦公操作和基本軟件處理能力
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate?with?marketing,?sales?and?PR?colleagues?across?all?departments?to?promote?contents?to?relevant?audience?on?the?major?social?media?channels
2. Develop?and?maintain?relationships?with?individuals?in?media?in?order?to?be?able?to?leverage?those?relationships?to?achieve?the?maximum?coverage?for?the?Company’s?products?across?all?media.
3. Proactively?implement?campaigns?detailed?in?the?China?specific?marketing?plans,?and?as?agreed?with?relevant?stakeholders?and?in?accordance?with?the?marketing?strategies,?to?ensure?that?all?products?are?marketed?effectively.
4. Work?with?other?teams?in?China?office?to?provide?them?with?the?best?possible?tools?to?be?able?to?effectively?support?the?overall?targets.
5. Develop?a?greater?understanding?of?the?Chinese?market,?analysis?and?evaluate?the?effectiveness?of?marketing?campaigns?on?the?regular?basis,?and?timely?share?the?knowledge?in?order?to?provide?evidence?for?the?divisional?decisions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?in?English,?marketing?and?other?related?majors?is?preferred
2. Good?marketing?experience,?excellent?organizing?and?planning?ability,?be?able?to?control?the?timing?for?media?release?and?always?finish?the?plans?on?time
3. A?positive?attitude?Excellent?written?and?verbal?communication?skills,?familiar?with?business?communication?in?different?cultural?backgrounds,?excellent?and?be?highly?organized?with?a?strong?attention?to?detail
4. Familiar?with?online?products?and?tools,?have?good?experiences?and?interest?in?social?media?platforms,?including?Weibo,?Wechat?etc.
5. Over?three?years?of?work?experience,?with?overseas?study?and?foreign?enterprise?work?or?academic?publishing?industry?experience?is?preferred
