The?position?-?QC?Analytical?Specialist?reports?directly?to?the?Plant?QC?Supervisor?in?the?quality?department

?The?key?objective?of?this?role?is?to?be?the?steward?of?the?HBF?lab?testing?GC-FID,?GC-MS,?for?example?performing?test,?analyze?data,?develop?and?improve?some?lab?SOPs,?deliver?technical?training?to?QC?team.?Participate?or?lead?some?lab?continuous?improvement?process.
該崗位主要職責(zé)為使用GCFID，GCMS進(jìn)行測(cè)試，及儀器維護(hù)，數(shù)據(jù)分析，第三方測(cè)試聯(lián)系工作，持續(xù)改進(jìn)，完善實(shí)驗(yàn)室SOP等工作。

PRIMARY?DUTIES
?
? Conduct?GC-FID,?GC-MS?instrument?test,?instrument?maintenance,?work?closely?with?regional?and?Global?specialist?to?develop?analysis?methods,?analyze?test?results,?share?report?to?team.
? Responsible?for?contact?the?third?party?testing?institutions,?finish?the?test/?relatives?on?time?with?meet?sales/?QA?requirements;
? Ensure?the?working?area?keep?clean,?tidy?and?safety.
? Develop?and?improve?our?lab?SOPs,?share?best?practices?to?other?countries,?regions,?enhance?QC?lab?capability.
? Responsible?for?delivering?some?training?on?lab?QC?related?to?team.
? Others?as?required.
? 負(fù)責(zé)使用GC-FID（氣相色譜儀）,?GC-MS（氣相質(zhì)譜儀）進(jìn)行測(cè)試工作，以及儀器維護(hù)，開發(fā)分析測(cè)試方法，分析測(cè)試結(jié)果，及時(shí)報(bào)告結(jié)果。
? 負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系第三方測(cè)試機(jī)構(gòu)，按時(shí)完成銷售/?QA的測(cè)試及相關(guān)要求；
? 開發(fā)和改善我們的實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)程序，分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提高QC實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力。
? 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助培訓(xùn)其他實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員；
? 確保工作區(qū)域保持干凈、整潔和安全。

? College?degree?major?in?chemistry?or?analytical;
? Minimum?1?years?GCFID,?GCMS?operating?experience,?and?data?analysis.
? Experienced?in?Microsoft?Office?application
? Excellent?analytical?skills?and?conflict?resolution?skills
? Good?English?reading?and?written?ability.
? Outgoing,?results?and?execution?oriented
? Good?communication?skill?and?Team?player.
? ?？茖W(xué)歷，化學(xué)或分析測(cè)試專業(yè)。
? 一年以上，GCFID,?GCMS測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，操作熟練，能處理分析數(shù)據(jù)；
? 熟練使用Office辦公軟件
? 良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力
? 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。
? 良好的溝通技巧及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。
