崗位設(shè)置的目的??Position?Objective:
The?person?is?responsible?to?communicate?with?different?parties?to?guarantee?the?daily?operation?of?the?DC,?which?includes?tracing/?investigating?the?issues?/?exceptions?in?the?WMS/?Reporting?system?to?work?out?practical?and?effective?solution.?And?he?should?be?capable?of?raising?the?ideas?of?improving?the?operation?process.
與各個(gè)部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)，確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)的每天的正常運(yùn)行。職責(zé)包括追蹤、分析倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)、報(bào)表系統(tǒng)中出現(xiàn)的問題，并且給出實(shí)際和有效的解決方案。并且有能力提出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方案。
主要工作職責(zé)??Mainly?responsibility:
1.Following?the?issue?reporting?SOP,?communicate?with?the?operation,?production?support?team?and?scrum?team?(Belgium?system?developing?team)?to?solve?the?system?issues?within?the?responsible?areas,?making?sure?XpDS?(WMS?system)?is?running?properly?and?stably?and?minimize?the?impact?on?the?DC?operation.
遵循問題上報(bào)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程，與運(yùn)營(yíng)部門，生產(chǎn)支持部門和比利時(shí)的技術(shù)開發(fā)部門溝通，解決自己所負(fù)責(zé)部門的系統(tǒng)問題，最大程度降低對(duì)DC運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響，確保倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。
2.Based?on?the?business?request,?be?able?to?put?forward?with?the?solution?systemwise?and?give?them?to?the?development?team.
基于業(yè)務(wù)需求，有能力提出系統(tǒng)改善方案，并將它提交給開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
3.To?cooperate?with?scrum?team/?production?support?team/?DC?operation?team/?NIKE?China?to?conduct?system?testing?and?implement?new?release.
和運(yùn)營(yíng)部門，生產(chǎn)支持部門，比利時(shí)的技術(shù)開發(fā)部門和耐克團(tuán)隊(duì)配合實(shí)施系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和安裝。
4.Based?on?the?improvement?document,?to?conduct?the?operation?trainings.
根據(jù)改善報(bào)告，培訓(xùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)部門。
5.To?ensure?high?quality?of?functional?reports?being?generated?timely.
確保高質(zhì)量的報(bào)表準(zhǔn)時(shí)生成。
6.Review?the?whole?process?periodically?to?continuously?seek?for?opportunities?for?process?improvement?within?the?functional?area
定期地回顧整個(gè)流程，持續(xù)地尋找負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的改善機(jī)會(huì)。
7.Be?able?to?develop?some?testing?tools?to?facilitate?the?WMS?testing?progress?using?computer?language?(such?as?VBA).
