- Clearly?communicate?product?design?direction?including?feature?and?performance?expectations?as?well?as?timing?requirements?and?lead?market?research?as?required.
- Manage?existing?product?line?portfolio?and?recommend?product?changes,?additions,?discontinuations?and?cost?reductions?to?produce?best?cost?position?on?an?ongoing?basis.
- Participate?in?monthly?demand?forecast?in?conjunction?with?input?from?sales?and?demand?management.
- Stay?current?on?competitive?intelligence?and?own?pricing?strategies.
- Interface?heavily?with?sales?including?participation?in?customer?shows?and?visits.
Qualifications:
- Drinking?water?filtration?experience
- Bachelor’s?degree?in?marketing,?business?management,?or?related?studies?required;?MBA?preferred.
- 3-5?years’?experience?in?product?management?required.?Channel?marketing?experience?also?desirable.
- Prior?experience?in?successfully?launching?products,?doing?line?reviews?and?successful?customer?interface?a?must.
- Prior?experience?in?leading?product?development?initiatives,?and?the?ability?to?manage?cross?functional?teams?essential.
