Job?Requirements:
Bachelor?degree?or?above?in?administration?management?or?related
At?least?3?years?of?progressively?responsible?secretarial?and?administration?experience,?have?the?working?background?in?engineering?company?will?be?preferred
Act?independently?and?logically?to?implement?directives?and?transmit?instructions?of?Director?/?Head.
Establish?priorities,?work?independently?and?proceed?with?objectives?without?supervision.
Compose?correspondence?from?fragmentary?instructions,?and?comprehend?and?make?inferences?from?written?material
Interpret?and?make?decisions?in?accordance?with?established?policies.
Multi-task?and?work?cooperatively?with?other?staff?in?fast?pace?environment.
Review?or?check?the?work?products?of?others?for?conformance?with?standards.
