1.Provide?leadership?to?a?team?of?Supervisors?and?ensure??manufacturing?operations?to?meet?KPI;
2.To?participate?in?ESI,?DFM?and?ECN?discussion?with?internal?and?external?customer?and?preside?meeting?to?share?information?with?the?team?members;
3.Support?production?start-up?activities,?prepare?working?instruction,?PFMEA,?design?process?flow?and?improve?production?flow?or?layout;
4.Analyze?and?Support?problem?solving?with?product?and?process?to?meet?customer?requirement;
5.To?evaluate,?implement?new?method?or?design?to?improve?product?quality?and?lower?manufacturing?costs;
6.Perform?engineering?evaluations?and?support?detailed?failure?analysis?related?to?our?product?to?identify?root?cause?of?failure?and?prevent?failure?occurrence;
7.Improve?existing?process?through?improving?fixtures,?methods,?optimizing?Cycle?Time?and?layout,?etc.;
8.To?take?special?assignment?which?the?company?may?from?time?to?time?request;
9.To?plan,?organize?and?coordinate?installation,?setup?and?buyoff?of?new?Assembly?equipment?or?Jig?&?fixture?for?secondary?process
10.To?perform?regular?audit?with?the?Sourcing?team?to?ensure?suppliers?are?comply?to?our?required?standard?and?practices;
11.Assist?superior?to?implement?and?complete?relevant?task;
Job?requirements：
1.Min?1-3?years?working?experience?in?Manufacturing?environment;
2.College?Certificate?/Diploma/bachelor?degree?or?above?in?Mechanical?&?Manufacturing?Engineering,?IE?or?relevant?equivalent;
3.Must?be?able?to?read?&?understand?technical?drawing?or?ducments；
4.Able?to?use?AutoCAD?or?Pro-E?or?equivalent?software?to?access?drawing；
5.Must?have?basic?computer?knowledge?like?MS-office?etc.；
6.Must?have?basic?computer?；
7.Able?to?comunícate?with?all?level?of?workers?or?management?staffs；
8.Able?to?read,?write?and?communicate?in?simple?English；
9.Good?interpersonal?relation?skill?and?communication?skill?and?team?spirit;
