On?the?base?of?product/process?characteristics?to?establish?and?maintain?the?site?control?chart;? 負責(zé)建立并維護現(xiàn)場缺陷樣板? Responsible?for?the?establishment?and?maintenance?of?filed?defect?sample;? 每周、每月完成FPY,CPK等車間質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的計算，針對過程能力不合格工序，推動團隊提高過程能力?Complete?the?process?data?collectin/analysis?weekly?and?monthly?like?FPY?and?CPK,?to?figure?out?the?unqualified?process?and?make?the?improvement?of?the?process;? 現(xiàn)場重大質(zhì)量問題的協(xié)調(diào)解決，組建團隊對NCR(不合格品)的分析與處理?Responsible?for?process?data?collectin/analysis,?high?priorited?issues?identify?as?well?as?driving?team?to?rapidly?solve?process?quality?issues.? 針對現(xiàn)場QRPS不合格項目完成糾正預(yù)防措施，根據(jù)需要更新控制計劃、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、工藝文件、FMEA等項目? Responsible?for?Customer?Specificaton?Requirements(CSR)?implementation?in?site?and?to?continuously?monitor?running?status,?such?as?GM?BIQS?and?FORD?Q1?etc.? 參與現(xiàn)場的AOS改善活動、使用精益制造工具來不斷改進產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和流程? Responsble?for?PQE?team’s?cultivation?and?performance?evaluation?as?well?as?includes?supervision’s?other?tasks.任職要求：Requirements：? 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，汽車、機械、電子或電化學(xué)方向；? Bachelor?or?above?degree,?major?with?auto,?machinery,?electronic?or?electrical?chemistry;? 8D問題解決、精益、六西格瑪管理、Minitab、五大工具、控制計劃、防錯技術(shù)等；? 8D?Problem?Solving,?Lean,?Six?Sigma,?5?tools,Control?Plan?and?Error?Proofing?technologies;? 5年以上質(zhì)量或工藝工作經(jīng)驗，汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先；? 5+?years?experience?in?quality?and?ME?area,?automotive?industry?is?preffered;? 嫻熟的英語聽說讀寫能力，熟練使用excel完成各種數(shù)據(jù)的匯總、分析及圖表的制作，熟練使用PPT完成各種質(zhì)量報告；? Good?skills?with?English?and?Office?software?to?complete?data?analysis?and?kinds?of?reports;? 熟悉IATF16949體系和5大工具；精通SPC,、MSA、FMEA和控制計劃；? Deeply?understand?with?IATF?and?5?tools;?proficient?in?SPC,?MSA,?FMEA?and?control?plan? 有精益生產(chǎn)和持續(xù)改進的知識，能夠使用精益改善的相關(guān)工具參與現(xiàn)場改善；?Has?lean?production?and?continuous?improvement?concept?and?knowledge?and?be?able?to?use?these?tools?to?implement?in?manufacturing?site;? 系統(tǒng)思維，結(jié)果和問題解決導(dǎo)向；? Systematic?logic?and?problem?solving/result?oriented;? 能夠在中國范圍內(nèi)出差。? Being?able?to?travel?within?China.
