崗位職責(zé)1.參與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)階段(后工序化成&測(cè)試)的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，并做DFx(可制造性、可測(cè)試性、可維護(hù)性…)和PFMEA；2.基于產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)，開發(fā)合適量產(chǎn)的制造工藝，如新工藝開發(fā)，工藝改進(jìn)，DOE及工藝參數(shù)定義等；3.在新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)或新工藝導(dǎo)入前，配合ME/生產(chǎn)部，負(fù)責(zé)提供技術(shù)支持，包括：產(chǎn)品價(jià)值流分析、問題解決、原因分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)優(yōu)率改善等；4.新工藝、新技術(shù)的先期開發(fā)及引進(jìn)，以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、優(yōu)率及效率；5.和質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)部門一起開展工程試驗(yàn)，分析數(shù)據(jù)，找到***工藝或問題的根本原因（如組織相關(guān)部門一起優(yōu)化工藝或產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)行降本分析）；6.客戶支持，對(duì)返廠產(chǎn)品做失效分析，并找到根本原因；7.和質(zhì)量部門一起，建立產(chǎn)品合格/失效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；8.協(xié)調(diào)工程、質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)，解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題；9.培訓(xùn)及培養(yǎng)新員工，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)快速開展工作；10.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)布置的其他相關(guān)任務(wù)。Main?Responsibilities1.?Involved?in?the?R&D?(back-end)on?the?design?review,?DFx(design?for?manufacturing/testing…)?and?PFMEA?analysis;2.??Based?on?the?R&D?design,?provide?and?develop?the?suitable?process??before?mass?production,?for?example?develop?new?process,?process??upgrading,?DOE?and?process?parameter?definition;3.?Technical?support??to?ME/Production?during?the?new?products?launch?and?new?process??introduction,?including?the?value?stream?analysis,?trouble?shooting,??cause?analysis,?yield?rate?improvement…4.?Introduce?the?new?process/technology?for?the?production?to?improve?the?quality,?yield?and?efficiency;5.??Perform?the?engineering?test?and?data?analysis?to?find?the?best?process??or?root?cause?together?with?quality?and?operations?team(e.g.?manage,??organize?and?review?design/process?optimization?on?the?Cost?Down)6.?Customer?support?on?the?teardown?failure?analysis?of?the?returned?cells;7.?Set?and?publish?the?pass/fail?criteria?with?QA;8.??Act?as?a?liaison?between?engineering,?quality,?cell?operations?and??module?operations?for?product?quality?issues?(including?NCRs)9.?Coach?and?train?the?new?employee?in?order?to?get?involved?in?the?job?as?soon?as?possible;10.?Complete?temporary?tasks?assigned?by?manager；任職要求：1.化學(xué)工程，電化學(xué)類，測(cè)試工程類，自動(dòng)化控制類等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；2.5年以上制造或產(chǎn)品測(cè)試相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；3.2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；4.2年以上鋰離子電池的后工序工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括化成、測(cè)試等；5.熟練使用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)工具如minitab等，及常規(guī)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)分析能力（CPK/CMK計(jì)算…）；6.熟悉精益理念；?7.了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的環(huán)境控制，如粉塵管控，溫濕度控制等；8.具備失效問題分析的能力（石川圖，6?Sigma或其他）；9.良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書面表達(dá)能力；10.善于跨部門溝通和壓力下的工作能力；Requirements1.??College?above?in?chemical?engineering,?electrical-chemical?engineering,??testing?engineering，mechanical?or?automation?control?and?other?related??majors.2.?5+?years?of?experience?in?a?manufacturing?and/or?product?development?environment.3.?2+?years?of?team?leader;4,?2+?years?on?the?back-end?process?of?the?li-?battery,?including?the?formation,?testing…;5.?Be?familiar?with?the?statics?tool?as?minitab,?and?data?analysis?on?CMK/CPK…6.?Knowledge?of?Lean?concept;7.?Understanding?the?concept?of?the?environment?control?in?the?production?field,?such?as?particle,?temperature?and?humidity;8.?Experience?with?formal?root?cause?analysis?tools?preferred?(Ishikawa,?Six?Sigma,?or?other)9.?Good?oral?and?written?communication?skills?in?English.10.?Skill?in?the?cross-team?Communication?and?ability?under?pressure;
