Lead?systematic?problem?solving?in?daily?work負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)地解決日常工作中的問題?
Co-work?with?assembly?team?to?continually?improve?existing?assembly???processes,?tooling?and?documents?to?ensure?a?high?level?QLTC?performance與裝配團(tuán)隊合作提高裝配制程能力，包括工具以及文件，以確保高水平的QLTC
Cooperate?with?NPI?team?to?finish?a?smooth?hand-over?of?a?product?from???NPI?to?mass?production,?including?assembly?hours?setting,?WI,?checklist,?etc??與新項目導(dǎo)入團(tuán)隊密切合作確保鏟平由NPI階段到量產(chǎn)交接順利
