-Develops?and?maintains?relationship?with?employment?agencies,?universities?and?other?recruitment?sources
-Fosters?effective?communication?between?employees?and?management
-Analyses?the?effectiveness?of?recruitment?result
-Other?ad?hoc?tasks?as?requested?by?the?supervisors.
Requirements:
-Bachelor?degree?or?above,?with?major?in?human?resources?or?business?administration;
-At?least?2+?years?HR?working?experience,?with?the?experience?in?headhunting?will?be?an?advantage;
-Good?in?oral?and?written?English;
-Strong?sense?of?responsibility,?maturity?and?teamwork;
-Able?to?work?independently?and?under?pressure;
-Impressive?interpersonal?skills?and?problem?solving?skills;
-Good?communication?and?coordination,?good?sense?of?team?work.
