Planning,?organizing,?execution?the?Internal?audit?for?QMS?of?assigned?area?and?its?follow-up
Lead?and?coordinate?for?3rd?party?certification?audit?
Lead?and?coordinate?all?customers’?audits?/?visit?and?liaising?with?relevant?parties?including?Regional?QM,?production,?supply?chain,?technical?service?to?meet?customer?requirements.?Follow?up?on?improvement?actions?as?relevant.?
Initiate?and?organize?audit?to?selected?supplier?to?monitor?the?quality?performance?and?provide?constructive?suggestions
Monitoring?and?facilitating

Lead?investigation?of?key?issues.?Ensure?the?effective?implementation?of?preventive?and?corrective?measures?to?prevent?recurrence.?
Close?collaborations?with?Plant?Managers,?Sales,?Technical?and?Supply?Chain?(and?Service?providers)?to?deliver?effective?solutions.?Ensure?root?cause(s)?is?identified?and?corrective?actions?assigned.?
Monitor?and?verify?all?NCM?Customer?Reports?are?submitted?to?customers?in?an?accurate?and?professional?manner.?Follow-up?agreed?actions?/?deadlines?monthly.?
Drives?customer?complaint?settlement?needs?including?compensation?to?minimize?risk?to?the?business?and?site.?
Visit?customer(s)?including?presentation?to?customer?to?resolve?customer?complaints.
Compile?and?analyze?complain?data?to?detect?trends?and?initiate?/?lead?improvement?projects?as?required.
Support?GSE?(supplier?performance?evaluation)?based?on?NCM/Yp
Documentation?of?the?Process?&?QMS?of?assigned?area
Consultation/?facilitation?regarding?improvement?of?Process?&?QMS?of?assigned?area?

Requirements:
5-6?or?above?years?of?working?experience?in?chemical?enterprise,?detail-oriented,?3?or?above?years?of?working?experience?in?QM?or?QC?field.?
Well?knowledge?of?quality?management?and/or?process?improvement.?And,?familiar?the?quality?management?systems?like?ISO9000,?IATF16949,?FMEA,?and?its?certification.
Strong?inter-personal?communication?skills.?Willing?to?work?under?pressure?and?challenges
Good?English?communication?and?writing,?familiar?Excel,?PPT?offices?tools?and?good?interpersonal?skills.
