崗位職責(zé)??Job?Responsibilities
1.負(fù)責(zé)制定生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并給予執(zhí)行，包括特種設(shè)備的年檢等；
Take?charge?maintenance?planning?and?its?implementing,?including?Special?Equipment’s?annual?inspection;?procedures?and?service?records。
2.?擠出生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)及其它輔助設(shè)備的維修工作，并做好廠區(qū)廠房基建等的保養(yǎng)工作。
Maintain?all?manufacture?machines,?including?extrusion?lines?and?other?auxiliary?machines;?also?implement?good?maintenance?for?plant?facility?and?infrastructures.
3. 及時(shí)響應(yīng)緊急狀況；故障排除和解決設(shè)備問(wèn)題。
Responds?to?emergency?situations,?troubleshoots?and?repairs?equipment?problems.
4. 與原設(shè)備供應(yīng)商配合，保證保養(yǎng)維護(hù)合同的執(zhí)行。
Cooperate?with?equipment?engineer?to?ensure?the?implementing?of?existed?maintenance?service?contract.
5. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行工廠安全管理。
Assist?Production?Manager?on?plant?safety?management.
6. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理進(jìn)行供水、消防和供熱管理。
Assist?production?manager?on?water?supply,?fire?authority?and?heating?supply?management.
7. 生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理臨時(shí)安排的其它工作。
Follow?other?jobs?arranged?by?production?manager?temporary.
任職要求Qualification：
要求有電工本
1.?電工學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)
Electrical?engineering?
2.有流水線(xiàn)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience?in?automatic-line?maintenance.
3.有安全、環(huán)境及消防基本管理知識(shí)。
Basic?knowledge?of?safety,environment?and?fire?management.
4.?2年以上從事機(jī)電設(shè)備控制，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Over?2?years?working?experience?on?mechanical?and?electrical?equipment?control?and?maintenance.
5.?具備機(jī)電一體化、自動(dòng)控制方面的知識(shí)
Solid?Knowledge?on?mechatronics?and?automation?system.
6.?了解工廠安全、消防、廠房維護(hù)的等方面的要求。
??Have?experience?of?plant?safety,?fire?protection?and?facility.
7.?熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001的要求。
??Working?under?ISO9001?and?ISO14001?system.
