?1.?Assist?Audit?Manager/Senior?Auditors?to?design/plan?the?audits/investigations.?Finish?the?assignment?with?proactive?and?risk-oriented?method?in?a?timely?manner.
?2.?Document?evidence?and?maintain?high?quality?working?paper.
?3.?With?the?guidance?from?Lead?Auditor?and?Case?manager,?communicate?with?key?stakeholders?(senior?management,?cross-functional?supporting,?3rd?party?vendors?etc.)?appropriately.?Present?audit/investigation?result?and?valuable?recommendations?(e.g.?audit?results,?sanctions,?process?improvements)?to?the?stakeholders.
?4.?Ad-hoc?tasks?assigned?by?resource?manager.

WHO?YOU?ARE:?
?1.University?degree?in?business?administration,?economics,?etc.?;?additional?qualifications?are?an?advantage?(e.g.?MBA,?CPA,?CIA,?CFE?etc).
?2.At?least?3?years?of?working?experience?in?accounting?/?finance?/?auditing?/?forensic?investigation?with?a?multinational?company?or?Big?4?firm.?Experience?in?healthcare?industry?is?an?advantage.
?3.Proven?experience?in?project?management.
?4.Fluent?in?written?and?spoken?Mandarin?and?English.
?5.Advanced?skills?in?SAP,?MS-Office?and?mass?data?analyses?tools?like?ACL?etc.
?6.Effective?communicator?and?worker?with?people?from?different?cultures?and/or?working?levels.?Capable?to?communicate?to?top?management?in?an?appropriate?way.
?7.Proactive,?structured?and?analytical?personality?which?can?systematically?think?through?processes?and?structures?and?find?solutions.
?8.Result?oriented?and?true?believer?in?team?work.
