1.?Guide/Monitor?the?daily?operations?of?team?members?and?provide?the?correct?&?necessary?instructions.?
2.?Facilitate?the?good?communication/cooperation?of?team?members?with?others?outside?the?department.
3.?Keep?close?eyes?on?the?market?situation?and?share?the?information/knowledge?with?team?members.
4.?Gather?the?relevant?buying?costs?and?offer?to?sales/overseas?(timely).
5.?Provide?the?monthly?report?to?superior?and?finish?the?tasks?assigned?by?the?management.
6.?Maintain?good?relationship?with?airlines/co-loaders?and?oversea?companies.?
7.?To?achieve?the?Annual?Budget?Operating?Plan?,?Contractual?KPI?targets?and?Business?Plan?KPI.
8.?To?develop?and?maintain?the?good?relationship?with?the?customer.
9.?To?perform?aligned?level?of?operations?performance,?productivity?
10.To?manage?efficiently,?coach?and?develop?people?under?his/?her?organization
11.?Fulfill?Month/Year?target?set?by?management’s?decision

Experience?&?Qualifications?Requirement:
1.?College?graduated?or?above,?with?good?English?skills?
2.?Minimum?5?years?working?experience?in?logistics,?implementation?with?operations?management?position
3.?Excellent?Interpersonal?and?communicational?skills?
4.?High?sense?of?responsibility,?team-work?spirit,?able?to?work?uner?pressure
5.?Degree?in?logistics,?operations?management,?economics?or?equivalent,?Master?is?an?advantage
6.?Strong?management?skills?(planning,?people,?operations)
7.?Good?understanding?of?finance,?cost?management
