Coordinate?with?Order?Control?Manager?to?complete?the?Quotation?List:?such?as?related?product?drawings,?container?quantity,?price?etc.?And?also?do?order?related?info?summary?work.??

協(xié)助訂單控制經理完成產品報價表，如相關產品圖紙，裝箱數(shù)量，價格等；以及協(xié)助完成訂單相關信息匯總工作。

Responsible?for?collecting,?filing,?updating,?releasing?and?recycling?the?company's?drawings,?technical?data?files,?especially?the?Controlled?Documents.?Ensure?the?company’s?documents?are?effectively?controlled?and?also?ensure?that?is?the?latest?valid?version.?

負責對公司文件進行系統(tǒng)化管控：收集、歸檔、更新和收發(fā)產品圖紙，技術資料文件，尤其是受控文件。確保公司文件資料得到有效管控，并且是最新有效版本。

Requirements要求:

Bachelor?degree?with?major?in?Science?Engineering.?理工科大學本科學歷.?
??
?
??
At?least?3?years’?DCC?and?making?drawing?experience?in?Engineering?or?Quality?Department.?Work?in?wood?industry?is?preferred.
??
具有3年以上工程或質量部門的文控管理及繪圖經驗。有木制品行業(yè)經驗者優(yōu)先。??Proficiency?in?using?Microsoft?office?(Excel,?Word?etc.),?and?also?Drawing?Software.
??
熟練使用辦公軟件（Excel,?Word,?PPT等）以及各類繪圖軟件。
??

??
Be?able?to?communicate?in?oral?&?written?English,?passed?CET-6?is?better.
??
能用英文進行書面和口頭交流。通過英語六級者優(yōu)先。
