Job?Description
1.接收從美國總部發(fā)出的訂單，并與美國總部進行詳細溝通，以明確和核實客戶訂單的具體規(guī)格和細節(jié)要求；
Receive?orders?from?USA?headquarters;?Communicate?with?USA?headquarters?to?clarify?and?confirm?the?detailed?specs?and?requirements?of?the?production?tasks;
2.與公司合作廠商進行詳細溝通，以明確和核實工廠完成訂單的實際能力；
Communicate?with?our?contracted?mills?to?clarify?and?confirm?their?actual?capabilities?of?fulfilling?the?production?tasks;
3.協(xié)調(diào)工廠生產(chǎn)能力以及客戶詳細要求之間的矛盾，以達成兩者之間的平衡；
Coordination?between?contracted?mills?and?the?customer?in?order?to?eliminate?the?inconsistencies?between?the?mills’?capabilities?and?the?customers’?requirements;
4.將訂單發(fā)給合作工廠后，進行從生產(chǎn)到出貨的全程跟蹤。
Issue?orders?to?the?mills,?and?follow?up?the?execution?of?the?orders?at?the?starting?period?of?the?production?until?shipment;
5.?船務(wù)貨運協(xié)調(diào)：與船務(wù)公司聯(lián)系，安排船務(wù)以及訂艙。
Freight?Coordinator:?contact?with?the?freight?agent,?arrange?the?shipping?vessel?and?book?the?cabin.
6.?協(xié)助訂單處理經(jīng)理完成訂單處理的其他事項。
Assist?Order?Processing?Manager?handle?other?related?issue?about?order?processing.
Requirements:
1.有很強的責(zé)任心，能夠主動、高要求、高品質(zhì)地完成公司交付的工作;
Must?be?independent,?reliable?and?highly?motivated?person?to?take?full?responsibilities?of?the?tasks?required.?Take?initiative?to?fulfill?the?tasks?with?high?requirements?and?high?quality;
2.具有本科以上理工科教育背景；
Bachelor?or?above?degree?in?Science?or?Engineering;
3.必須具備既綜觀全局，又嚴謹照顧細節(jié)的品質(zhì)；
Be?able?to?take?the?work?load?and?can?endure?the?pressure?of?the?task?to?be?taken.
4.思路清晰，思維嚴謹，能將龐雜的工作條理有序地完成；
It?is?very?important?that?you?think?in?a?thoughtful,?analytical?and?organized?way,?and?be?able?to?fulfill?the?complicated?tasks?in?a?logical?and?orderly?way.
5.英語聽、說、讀、寫流利，可與外籍人士進行無障礙溝通；
Can?communicate?and?expressed?English?in?words?and?in?written?language?fluently.
6.具有兩年以上的外貿(mào)跟單工作經(jīng)驗；
Must?have?at?least?2?years?work?experience?in?a?trading?company.
7.熟悉木材加工行業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
