崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司普工、職員招聘規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)籌及執(zhí)行,根據(jù)公司用人需求,制訂相應(yīng)的招聘計(jì)劃;
2、獨(dú)立完成人才簡(jiǎn)歷甄別、意向溝通、面試跟蹤、背景調(diào)查等招聘各環(huán)節(jié)具體實(shí)施工作;?
3、對(duì)招聘渠道進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、開發(fā)、維護(hù)、拓展,確保招聘渠道能有效滿足公司的用人需求;
4、完善和優(yōu)化公司招聘體系;
5、建立后備人才選拔方案和人才儲(chǔ)備機(jī)制。

4.?Improve?and?optimize?the?company's?recruitment?system;
5.?Establish?reserve?talent?selection?scheme?and?talent?reserve?mechanism.
任職資格:
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、應(yīng)用心理學(xué)、法學(xué)、管理類等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;?
2、具備招聘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;?
3、陽(yáng)光開朗,能吃苦耐勞,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和親和力;?
4、熟練Office辦公軟件的操作,有獨(dú)立報(bào)表制作及分析能力;?
5、工作踏實(shí)認(rèn)真,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力強(qiáng).
Qualifications:
1.?Full-time?bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?in?human?resources,?applied?psychology,?law,?management,?etc.?;
2.?Recruitment?experience?is?preferred;
