崗位職責(zé)：
建立商業(yè)模型、進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析：用商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)模型來(lái)支持公司業(yè)務(wù)和項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行。用數(shù)據(jù)及其相關(guān)性來(lái)衡量公司決策、業(yè)務(wù)表現(xiàn)等，以此來(lái)提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
維護(hù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)管理報(bào)表：為了滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)有的商業(yè)需求和數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性，及時(shí)的維護(hù)和更新已有的報(bào)告。例如員工表現(xiàn)表、企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)表，供應(yīng)鏈管理表格等。
為其他部門(mén)提供專(zhuān)業(yè)化數(shù)據(jù)支持：例如業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)、人力部門(mén)、行政部門(mén)、財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)，了解需求，及時(shí)反饋。
管理數(shù)據(jù)：通過(guò)遵循數(shù)據(jù)管理流程，監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量，識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)問(wèn)題等途徑來(lái)支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)管理工作。通過(guò)發(fā)現(xiàn)新的操作方法等來(lái)提高數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量和處理效率。

任職要求：
本科以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)或統(tǒng)計(jì)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
基本的英文溝通，大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上。
至少2-3年商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)分析相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，掌握如何將數(shù)據(jù)方法和具體業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)合。
掌握Excel和Power?BI等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析工具：例如Python、R語(yǔ)言等。
較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和邏輯分析能力。

Qualifications：
