Responsibilities:？
????Develop,?deploy?and?execute?functional?strategies?in?manufacturing?engineering;
？ Lead?team?to?plan?the?assembly?process?of?new?project?or?product;
？ Planning?and?implementing?process?continuous?improvement?program,?such?as?introduction?of?Zero?Defect?program,?CAA?system,?Poka?Yoke?devices,?PFMEA?project?etc;
？ Conduct?and?commit?to?localization?project;?manage?the?IE?activities?to?meet?customer’s?requirements;
？ Supervision?of?existing?running?production?technology?and?provide?problem-?solving?decisions;
？ Establish?positive?relationships?with?other?departments?and?co-lead?the?supporting?activities?required?to?ensure?the?IE/Production?runs?smoothly;
？ Manage?and?authorize?documentation?or?procedure?for?manufacturing?process;?calculate,?verify?and?monitor?the?parts/product?processing?time,?regular?update?routing?time?in?SAP;
？ Carry?out?timely?assembly?process?capacity?planning?(capacity?calculation,?assessment?and?expansion?plan);
？ Implement?and?initiate?actions?based?on?KPS;?manage?related?tasks?in?case?engineering?change?or?process?change?occurred;
？ Support?budget?planning,?analysis,?review,?ongoing?controlling?and?advanced?manufacturing?technology;
？ Be?responsible?for?HSE?related?activities.
Requirment:
？ Bachelor?degree,?major?in?mechanical?engineering,?automotive?etc;
？ At?least?5?years’?experience?in?a?similar?capacity;
？ Familiar?with?mechanical?assembly?process?in?automobile?or?rail?industry;
？ Deep?understand?and?hands?on?in?Lean?Production?System;
？ Engineering?capability,?knowledge?of?state-of-the-art??manufacturing?processes,?be?good?at?IE?tools;
？ Hands?on?in?manufacturing?process?improvement?with?the?approach?towards?Zero?Defect;
？ New?product?introduction?and?localization?experience;
？ Well?known?in?logistics?structures?and?material?flow?in?production?shop?flow;
？ Familiar?with?SAP?R/3?or?other?ERP?system?experience;
？ Good?English?both?in?writing?and?reading.
