？ Ensure?good?quality,?output?and?productivity?in?cooperation?with?Quality?Engineer,?Planner?and?Storekeeper;
？ Keep?the?working?area?in?line?with?the?requirements?of?5S,?HSE?and?discipline;
？ Control?production?cost;
？ Report?abnormity?about?quality?and/or?quantity?of?parts?to?responsible?Quality?Engineer,?Planner?and/or?Storekeeper;
？ Immediate?trouble?shooting,?problem?solving?and?take?corrective/preventative?action;
？ Arrangement?of?employee?and?working?shifts?for?each?line;
？ Management?of?new?employee?training?and?maintain?employee?flexi?matrix?and?coordinate?for?training?plan,?make?sure?all?the?schedule?training?plan?will?be?implemented?in?the?team;
？ Encouragement?of?employee?suggestion?and?follow?up?the?implementation;
？ Continuous?improvement;
？ Responsible?for?managing?of?standard?tools,?technical?documentation?such?as?drawings,?computers,?fixtures?and?indirect?materials?in?common?use.
Requirement:
？ Bachelor?degree,?major?in?industrial,?manufacturing?or?mechanical?engineering;
？ At?least?5?years’?experience?in?assembly?line?shop?floor?supervision;
？ Fluent?English?both?in?writing?and?reading;
？ Familiar?with?ISO9000?standards.
