1、按照經(jīng)理主管安排認真做好桌椅、餐廳衛(wèi)生,餐廳鋪臺,準備好各種用品,確保正常營業(yè)使用。
According?to?the?manager?’s?order,?arrange?the?desk?,chair,?cleaning?or?other?things,?make?sure?the?restaurant?normal?operation;
2、接待顧客應(yīng)主動、熱情、禮貌、耐心、周到,使顧客有賓至如歸之感;

3、運用禮貌語言,為客人提供服務(wù),
Service?customers?with?polite?language;
4、善于向顧客介紹和推銷本餐廳飲品及特色菜點;
Good?at?introduce?and?sell?the?restaurant’s?feature?drinks?and?dishes;
5、配合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作,服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指揮,團結(jié)及善于幫助同事工作;

6、積極參加培訓(xùn),不斷提高服務(wù)技能。
