職責(zé)：
1. 常駐主要工廠，負(fù)責(zé)訂單的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及跟進(jìn)，確保訂單按時(shí)交貨。
2. 使用指定的工具或軟件，維護(hù)和更新好每日、每周、每月***生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃
3. 負(fù)責(zé)主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃以及齊料計(jì)劃、常備料庫(kù)存、轉(zhuǎn)款計(jì)劃，產(chǎn)能預(yù)計(jì)及瓶頸預(yù)防。
4. 進(jìn)行必要的紀(jì)錄并按時(shí)匯報(bào)各項(xiàng)績(jī)效指標(biāo)：打樣及時(shí)率，改板及時(shí)率，大貨及時(shí)率，機(jī)器利用率，每日產(chǎn)量/產(chǎn)值。
5. 與所駐工廠的各相關(guān)部門，以及駐公司的跟單員緊密配合。
6. 學(xué)習(xí)、執(zhí)行并改善與相關(guān)的流程或管理工具。
要求：
1. 學(xué)歷：大專以上，專業(yè)為IE或相關(guān)。
2. 至少2年以上制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有紡織服裝特別是繡花廠工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3. 熟知產(chǎn)能計(jì)劃、監(jiān)控、物料/機(jī)器/人員計(jì)劃，瓶頸處理及預(yù)防。
4. 英文聽說讀寫良好，需要與美國(guó)同事溝通存在問題及改善方法。
5. 會(huì)用EXCEL及基本的ERP/MRP?軟件。
6. 性格外向，善于溝通學(xué)習(xí)，接受新事務(wù)快。
7. 認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，不怕吃苦，追求完美，能不斷改善工作質(zhì)量。
駐廠有吃住補(bǔ)貼，公司負(fù)責(zé)買五險(xiǎn)一金，每周休1.5天，法定節(jié)假日按國(guó)家規(guī)定。

3. Responsible?for?master?production?schedule?as?well?as?detailed?plans?on?change?overs,?material?preparations,?inventory?level,?capacity?forecasting?and?bottleneck?handling.
4. Document?necessary?records,?and?report?key?performance?indicators?on?time.
5. Maintain?an?effective?collaboration?among?factory?units?and?The/Studio?production?coordinators.
6. Learn,?implement,?maintain?and?improve?the?tools?and?processes?concerned.
7. Promote?simplicity,?coherence?and?improvements?on?supply?chain?processes.
Requirements:
1. Education:?College?degree?or?above.?Major:?Industrial?Engineering?or?similar.
