職責(zé)：
1. 幫助工廠不斷提升效率、產(chǎn)能，并降低成本。
2. 協(xié)助工廠制定標準作業(yè)流程，研究作業(yè)時間，確定標準工作時間和搜集相關(guān)成本數(shù)據(jù)。
3. 指導(dǎo)新老工廠在SOP或LEAN生產(chǎn)上進行改善。
4. 對流程進行計時研究，搜集并匯報工廠的各項績效指標。
5. 學(xué)習(xí)、執(zhí)行并改善與相關(guān)的流程或管理工具。
要求：
1. 學(xué)歷：大專以上，專業(yè)為IE或相關(guān)。
2. 至少5年制造企業(yè)IE工作經(jīng)驗，有服裝、飾品類工廠IE工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
3. 英文聽說讀寫流利，需要直接與美國同事溝通工作計劃、問題和解決方法。
4. 熟練使用OFFICE尤其是EXCEL，有ERP/MRP/IE?軟件經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
5. 性格外向，善于溝通學(xué)習(xí)，接受新事務(wù)快。
6. 認真負責(zé)，不怕吃苦，追求完美，能不斷改善工作質(zhì)量。
Industrial?Engineer
Responsibilities:

3. Provide?guidelines?to?new?or?existing?factories?on?SOP?and?Lean?manufacturing.
4. Determine?Standard?Minute?Value?(SMV)?and?achievable?production?targets
5. Conduct?time?studies?and?establish?a?data?base?for?costing?purpose?where?necessary.
Requirements:
1. University?graduate?in?Industrial/Textile?Engineering
2. Around?5?years?of?experience?in?Industrial?Engineer,?preferably?in?Textile/Accessories?industries.
3. Competent?in?time?studies?and?SOP?set?up.
4. Excellent?communication?skills.?English?can?be?used?as?working?language.
5. Responsible,?hard-working,?comfortable?in?fast-pace?environment?and?result-oriented.
