Project?Manager
Work?Scope:
Responsible?for?project?plan,?project?execution,?project?acceptance?for?projects.
Serve?as?prime?interface?with?customer，consortium?partner(s)，supplier?to?resolve?issues?occurring?the?project?life?cycle.
Support?Sales?Manager?to?define?contract?scope?and?project?high?level?schedule?and?milestone
Work?with?purchasing?manager?regarding?purchase,?order?placement?and?pricing;
Work?with?site?managers?regarding?the?hardware?installation;
Work?with?the?project?engineer?and?discipline?engineers?regarding?technical?issues;
Work?with?accounting?regarding?fi***cial?performance?issues;

Responsibilities:
Organize?structure?and?manage?or?assist?in?managing?a?project?team?to?meet?the?needs?of?the?project?and?control?project?costs.
Ensure?on-time?delivery?of?quality?information,?material,?workmanship,?and?field?service?and?product?performance.
Review?and?manage?the?project?schedule?and?approve?changes,?ensuring?all?contract?parameters?are?being?met.
Approve?all?purchase?orders?for?contract?materials,?services?and?Quality?Assurance?and?Control?requirements.
Issue?various?periodic?reports?detailing?financial?and?schedule?status?of?project(s).
Serve?as?prime?interface?with?customer?and?consortiums?to?resolve?issues?of?mutual?concern?with?guidance?of?other?project?managers.

Requirements
Major?degree?in?Computer?science,?Software?Engineering?,?IT?
Minimum?2?years?Software?Development?or?IT?System?Development?project?execution?
Knowledge?of?general?accounting?principles

Strong?management?and?interpersonal?skills?

高級項目經(jīng)理
主要職責(zé)及工作內(nèi)容：
組織項目團(tuán)隊并管理項目團(tuán)隊以滿足項目需要并控制項目成本。
保證人力資源，現(xiàn)場服務(wù)，資料文檔，項目材料等的準(zhǔn)時交付。
管理項目時間表，確認(rèn)變更，確保所有項目標(biāo)的被執(zhí)行和滿足。
保證項目的及時交付和客戶滿意度。
識別項目風(fēng)險，避免大量的維保消耗，退貨，低效工作和延期。
定期向項目總監(jiān)及管理層匯報詳細(xì)的項目財務(wù)及進(jìn)展情況。
作為面向客戶，合作方以及供應(yīng)商的主要接口，解決項目生命周期中發(fā)生的問題。
協(xié)同銷售部門定義合同范圍及項目基本時間表和
協(xié)同采購經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項目設(shè)備詢價，下單，追蹤等工作。
協(xié)同現(xiàn)場工程師完成設(shè)備軟硬件安裝調(diào)試等工作。
協(xié)同技術(shù)經(jīng)理解決項目技術(shù)問題。
協(xié)同財務(wù)部門完成財務(wù)分析及資源效率分析統(tǒng)計等工作。
與客戶方項目經(jīng)理溝通項目計劃，項目進(jìn)展，人員安排，資源調(diào)配，解決項目執(zhí)行期間?的資源及技術(shù)問題。
對合作伙伴及下級供應(yīng)商的聯(lián)合調(diào)試過程或設(shè)備安裝過程及質(zhì)量進(jìn)行跟蹤管理和評價
技能要求：
軟件工程，計算機(jī)科學(xué)工科專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷
兩年以上軟件開發(fā)或IT系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目管理經(jīng)驗。
軟件設(shè)計工?作者優(yōu)先.
具備基本財務(wù)知識及軟硬件結(jié)合類項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
熟練的電腦操作技能，熟練使用微軟辦公工具，文檔制作能力，。
具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，說服力及大局觀。
具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
