ROLE?AND?RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support?project?execution,?including?evaluation?and?preparation?of?commercial?documents?and?alignment?with?customers’?internal?payment?processes
2. Coordinate?customer?and?technical?project?manager?regarding?commercial?topics.
3. Follow?up?project?milestones?and?provide?relevant?documentation.
4. Support?communication?and?documentation?for?international?contracts
5. Support?of?external?Accounts?Receivable?management,?including?proper?alignment?with?accountant?and?keeping?track?of?open?payments?/?invoices;
6. Align?with?headquarter?in?Germany?and?Chinese?customers,?regarding?overdue?payments?between?Germany?and?external?costumers?(including?L/C?or?other?related?documents)
7. Alignment?and?settlement?of?internal?monetary?transactions?with?German?headquarter;
8. Any?other?task?assigned?by?leader;
QUALIFICATIONS?AND?EDUCATION?REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor?in?Business?or?Finance,?preferably?with?basic?knowledge?on?accounting;
2. At?least?one?year?of?practical?experience?in?a?relevant?position;
3. Good?understanding?for?technical?products?and?technology-driven?projects
4. Very?good?ability?in?Microsoft?Excel?and?Word;
5. Fluent?English?in?oral?and?written?form;
6. Quick?understanding?of?complex?processes;
7. Strong?interpersonal?skills?and?ability?to?communicate?with?different?function;
8. Careful,?well?organized?and?responsible;
9. Strong?team?spirit；
10. Good?obedience?to?finish?the?tasks?assigned?by?leader;
