Job?Description:??Simpson?Marine?Limited職位描述Position?:??????Trainee?Broker職位：銷售Reports?to????:??????Country?Manager直屬上司：中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理Key?Responsibilities主要職責(zé)?1.?????????????????????To?maximize?the?sales?of?both?new?and?brokerage?yachts?to?clients?within?the?office’s?territory?and?–?where?agreed?with?the?Managing?Director?–?in?other?territories,?achieving?your?monthly?net?profit?targets?and?keeping?overheads?and?expenses?within?budgeted?limits.在所屬銷售區(qū)域內(nèi)完成總經(jīng)理制定的銷售任務(wù)，包括新船與二手船的銷售。在其他銷售區(qū)域達(dá)到每月凈利潤目標(biāo)，以及將費(fèi)用控制在預(yù)算范圍以內(nèi)。2.?????????????????????To?build?up?and?maintain?a?comprehensive?contact?list?of?clients,?potential?clients?and?trade?intermediaries?and?suppliers?and?industry?personnel?and?to?maintain?accurate?records?of?the?same?and?record?all?dealings?with?the?same,?in?the?company?database?(CRM)?and?appropriate?files.建立及有效地維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶、潛在客戶、供應(yīng)商以及業(yè)內(nèi)人士的關(guān)系，?確保公司CRM的信息與訂單信息一致并且準(zhǔn)確無誤。?3.?????????????????????To?achieve?Central?Listings?and?Direct?Listings?of?brokerage?yachts?to?sell?and?ensure?all?the?relevant?data?is?accurately?recorded?and?processed.完成二手船的銷售任務(wù)，確保所有的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確的記錄和處理。4.?????????????????????To?actively?market?and?sell?all?Stock?Boats,?Listed?yachts?and?priority?Yachts?as?advised?by?the?Company?from?time?to?time.積極配合公司發(fā)布的現(xiàn)船以及優(yōu)先買賣的游艇銷售。5.?????????????????????To?establish?an?effective?working?relationship?with?the?service?department?teams?in?Hong?Kong?and?China?to?ensure?commissioning,?handover?and?after-sales?service?for?all?new?yachts?sold?by?you?to?Simpson?Marine?clients?in?the?territory?are?handled?in?a?professional?manner.與香港及中國的售后部門建立有效的工作關(guān)系，確保所有游艇的安裝調(diào)試與交接順利進(jìn)行，以及提供專業(yè)的售后服務(wù)。6.?????????????????????To?report?the?status?of?your?new?enquiries,?sales?achieved,?sales?negotiations?in?hand?and?other?market,?competitor?and?client?intelligence?in?a?weekly?report?to?the?Managing?Director.?每周向中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)新的客戶、洽談的新訂單及已簽的訂單，并提供競爭對手的最新消息及客戶信息。7.?????????????????????To?uphold?the?name?and?reputation?of?the?Company?for?professionalism,?results,?service,?friendliness?and?high?standards?of?integrity.維護(hù)公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)的信譽(yù)，以及專業(yè)、友好的服務(wù)形象。8.?????????????????????To?oversee?the?delivery?of?all?yachts?sold?be?you?and?ensure?all?contract?terms?and?commitments?are?fulfilled.確保游艇運(yùn)輸順利進(jìn)行，以及履行合同所承諾的條款。9.?????????????????????To?undertake?such?other?tasks?and?activities?related?to?the?business?of?the?company?as?shall?be?reasonably?requested?or?directed?by?the?Managing?Director?from?time?to?time.中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理因公司需要所分配的其他任務(wù)。10.?????????????????To?promote?and?develop?the?Simpson?Marine?Brand’s?presence?and?reputation?for?excellence.促進(jìn)及發(fā)展辛普森專業(yè)的品牌形象。11.?????????????????To?ensure?compliance?with?all?Group?reporting?requirements?as?to?content,?quality?and?timeliness,?including?weekly?sales?reports,?new?brokerage?listings,?etc.確保所有的匯報(bào)內(nèi)容完整并及時提交，包括每周的銷售報(bào)告及銷售信息等。Requirements:要求：1.?????????Bachelor?degree?or?above,?good?command?of?English/Mandarin,?Cantonese?speaking?an?advantage本科學(xué)歷以上，英語及普通話流利，能用粵語溝通優(yōu)先考慮。2.?????????At?least?two?years?experience?in?yacht?sales,?preferably?with?own?network?of?clients至少兩年銷售以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有一定客戶資源的優(yōu)先考慮。3.?????????Ability?to?identify?sales?opportunities?and?to?meet?sales?target具備發(fā)現(xiàn)銷售機(jī)會及完成銷售目標(biāo)的能力。4.?????????Excellent?presentation?and?communication?abilities?with?overwhelming?persuasion?skills良好的表達(dá)、溝通及說服能力。5.?????????Strong?understanding?in?how?to?make?sales,?with?aggressive?attitude?and?eagerness?to?cut?deals具有良好的銷售技巧，懂得如何以積極的態(tài)度完成銷售任務(wù)。
