After?a?training?period?among?our?existing?colormatch?team,?a?CM?engineer?performs?his?own?projects,?starting?with?the?analysis?of?the?color/design?which?has?to?be?matched,?the?choice?of?pigments,?the?preparation?of?lacquers?and?samples,?and?finally,?the?filing?of?the?created?recipes?and?samples.
Furthermore,she/he?will?do?common?chemo-technical?laboratary?work,?as?well?as?arrange?and?carry?out?spectroscopic?and?colorimetric?measurements.
Qualification:
1.Excellent?English(esp.?communication);
2.Very?good?abilities?in?evaluating?colors?and?differentiating?between?different?colors,?interest?in?design&colors;
3.Very?good?organizational?and?coordinating?skills;
4.Accurate?and?tidy?way?of?working;
5.Basic?knowledge?of?lacquer?chemistry(binders,?solvents,?pigments).
