職位描述：
1.向潛在客戶(hù)介紹韋博英語(yǔ)課程，通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)新資源與挖掘舊資源，持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
2.通過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作實(shí)現(xiàn)由中心總監(jiān)設(shè)定的每日、周期和月度銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)，與同事和學(xué)員建立密切的關(guān)系，以達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售和服務(wù)目標(biāo)。
3.參加銷(xiāo)售培訓(xùn)并做業(yè)務(wù)陳述，以便為潛在客戶(hù)設(shè)計(jì)合適的課程，并按時(shí)完成個(gè)人目標(biāo)。
4.完善課程顧問(wèn)的學(xué)員跟進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，確保達(dá)成學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。
5.按時(shí)分析個(gè)人表現(xiàn)，開(kāi)發(fā)個(gè)人和企業(yè)客戶(hù)。
6.參加例會(huì)和銷(xiāo)售培訓(xùn)，確保完成每日銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告。
職位要求：
1.1年及以上直接銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有B2C銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）和/或客戶(hù)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.出色的銷(xiāo)售技能，并需提供成功案例證明。
