職位描述：
1.向潛在客戶介紹韋博英語課程，通過開發(fā)新資源與挖掘舊資源，持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地實現(xiàn)個人銷售目標(biāo)。
2.通過團(tuán)隊合作實現(xiàn)由中心總監(jiān)設(shè)定的每日、周期和月度銷售目標(biāo)，與同事和學(xué)員建立密切的關(guān)系，以達(dá)成銷售和服務(wù)目標(biāo)。
3.參加銷售培訓(xùn)并做業(yè)務(wù)陳述，以便為潛在客戶設(shè)計合適的課程，并按時完成個人目標(biāo)。
4.完善課程顧問的學(xué)員跟進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)庫，確保達(dá)成學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。
5.按時分析個人表現(xiàn)，開發(fā)個人和企業(yè)客戶。
6.參加例會和銷售培訓(xùn)，確保完成每日銷售報告。
職位要求：
1.1年及以上直接銷售經(jīng)驗（有B2C銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先）和/或客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗。
2.出色的銷售技能，并需提供成功案例證明。
3.強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊精神和出色的溝通能力。
